CLEARING HOMES AND PREPARING THEM FOR SALE
We can take care of all of the contents of a home, remove and dispose of clutter, and do minor work inside and outside the home to make it sale-ready. We have 2 accredited appraisers on our team with over 15 years of sales experience. We can arrange a content sale, estate sale or online auction for any items you are no longer requiring.
Senior Moves understands how to prepare or stage a home that a senior is still occupying. Our caring team works with the seniors to make sure their home is both comfortable and ready for showings.

HELPING EXECUTORS – EXECUTOR ASSISTS
Since 1996 we have helped families, executors, lawyers and trust companies with estates. In Spring 2013 we started a new division of Senior Moves called Executor Assists. Executors need help with a multitude of tasks such as securing the safety and security of the home, clearing the home for sale, inventorying and appraising items for sale or shipping, finding key documents in the home and making sure bequeathed items are delivered according to the will, as possible.
